Berry Yogurt Parfait Recipe

A parfait sounds like a very fancy dish, but in fact, it is quite simple! You can whip up this delicious breakfast in less than 5 minutes. If you're hungry and want your parfait ASAP, follow just the first portion of the recipe. If you prefer your food aesthetically pleasing, try out the second part! Style aside, enjoy your parfait!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed fruit - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi
  • 2 cups granola
  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

Mixed All Together

Step 1:  Rinse and pat dry berries. Cut the strawberries into pieces
Step 2:  Place yogurt into bowl, drizzle honey and layer on fruit. Top with granola!

OR 

Layered

Step 1: Rinse and pat dry berries. Cut the strawberries into pieces

Step 2: Scoop 2 spoonfuls of yogurt into the bottom of a large glass.

Step 3: Put a handful of berries on top of the yogurt

Step 4: Scoop granola on top of the berries and drizzle honey 

Step 5: REPEAT until you are satisfied with the serving size!
