Vegan Patty Recipe!

Calling everyone and anyone that would love a vegan patty recipe! You've stopped by the right place for a delicious garbanzo bean, celery, and garbanzo bean flour based patty. Once you've followed this mouth watering recipe, it's time to add your preferred extras, condiments, sandwich your patties between buns, and enjoy!

Serves: 7

Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

Juice pulp from 1 head of celery
1 tin garbanzo beans
2 cups chickpea flour
1/2 onion
1 - 2 gloves garlic
Nutritional yeast
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
Basil


Method:

1. Juice 1 head of celery
2. Blend celery pulp with garbanzo beans, onion & garlic
3. Mix flour into celery mixture
4. Add in all spices to mixture
5. With your hands or spoon make 4 inch patties on large baking tray
6. Cook in oven at 400 for half an hour
