Once you've followed this mouth watering recipe, it's time to add your preferred extras, condiments, sandwich your patties between buns, and enjoy!
Serves: 7
Time: 45 minutes
Juice pulp from 1 head of celery
1 tin garbanzo beans
2 cups chickpea flour
1/2 onion
1 - 2 gloves garlic
Nutritional yeast
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
Basil
1. Juice 1 head of celery
2. Blend celery pulp with garbanzo beans, onion & garlic
3. Mix flour into celery mixture
4. Add in all spices to mixture
5. With your hands or spoon make 4 inch patties on large baking tray
6. Cook in oven at 400 for half an hour
