Cooking COREner with Club Pilates - Champagne Fantasy


This champagne punch recipe is an absolute staple at my family’s holiday celebrations and has been for many years! It’s usually reserved for Christmas Eve when all of my immediate family plus my cousins, aunts, and uncles would normally get together, but since it’s 2020 and there are no more rules, feel free to make this whenever!! Enjoy with caution: this elixir is delicious but very, very potent!

Ingredients:

2 quarts champagne

1 cup sugar

1 (12oz) can cranberry juice concentrate - undiluted

1 1/2 cup Southern Comfort

1/2 cup lemon juice

Dash of bitters

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and serve well chilled!

Drink responsibly :)
