It feels so good to accomplish 100 classes because being 8 & 9 months pregnant, some days I had to drag myself to class.
During my pregnancy, I have gained little weight outside the necessary baby weight and I've had virtually no back pain and I know that's due to exercising and stretching. Also, I hear my labor should be much shorter / easier as my stomach muscles are strong.
Once I have the baby, I plan on coming back
As soon as the Dr says I can get back in my best shape - and to keep my arms strong for the baby.
