A healthy, energizing and filling snack to help get you through an afternoon slump! Choose any green superfood powder you prefer or a combination of few!

1 cup organic dried figs, soaked in water for 1 hour ½ cup organic pistachio kernels ¼ cup sunflower seeds ¼ cup organic pumpkin seeds 4 tbsp organic hulled tahini 2 tbsp organic coconut syrup 2 tsp organic green powder – try wheat grass, barley grass or alfalfa powder! 1 tbsp organic cinnamon powder Zest of an orange
Drain the figs before placing in a food processor and blitzing until finely chopped.
Add the pistachios, seeds, powders, cinnamon and zest. Pulse until the nuts a chopped and well combined.
Pour in the tahini and syrup and process until it all comes together.
Press into a lined tin and refrigerate for at least one hour.
