I think most everyone can agree that it can be really tough to find a balance between loving your body yet wanting to improve and challenge it at the same time!
When I set out to accomplish something big, I think the best thing to do is have a really strong ‘why’.
Here are some of my best recommendations to stay on track towards your big goal:

2. Drink lots of water. (Try using a bigger water bottle if you struggle with this)
3. If you sit a lot, walk around several times a day and take the stairs whenever possible.
4. Realize that you are in CONTROL and stay positive! (This is always tough to remember, but even putting on a smile will help increase those endorphins.)
