"I’ve been doing pilates for probably 4 months now. I'm on the Unlimited, so I probably come 5-6 days a week, and I try all different types of classes from all different types of teachers.

The reason I started coming is because I had weird hip pain.

I had been going to a chiropractor for about six months; they minimized it a little bit, but it got to the point where I needed an additional increase in strength. So, I just decided to start coming because my girlfriend had been coming here for 3 years and swears by it to really reduce injuries and improve flexibility and strength - and she was right. It’s just been on point.

I am overall more toned, more flexible, I have more strength, and my hip pain is almost 100% gone, so thank you!"
